Which one is better.... OCZ StealthXstream 2 600W PSU vs XFX core edition 550W?
(the winner will work with a i5 2500k+asus geforce gtx560 ti DCII TOP)

Both are good PSUs. Go with the 600 Watts unit.

XFX Core editions gets 9.5 performance ratings at jonnyguru. Only OCZ's ZX series has been able to garner such a high score.

I would say the XFX is better as it is made by Seasonic versus FSP who aren't held in as high esteem as Seasonic.
Also the XFX is more efficient; 80plus bronze vs 80plus standard.
The XFX has longer cables: ~55cm to the first connector vs ~43cm to the first connector on the OCZ.
The XFX also has more connectors: 9 SATA vs 3 SATA, 6 peripherals vs 5.

Got both, but love XFX, they are monsters and you need a fork lift to carry them around.
