Asrock z77 extreme4

I am using windows 7 64bit and the z77 extreme4. I'm trying to figure out which drivers I need... Asrock has a lot listed, so do I need to download and install every one of them? Which ones are necessary to get my computer functioning properly? This is my first build, thanks for any help.

Also, on the bottom of the page http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=Z77%20Extreme4&o=Win764, they have utilities listed, are these necessary to run my computer at first?

-Sound
-Network
-USB3
-Video

+1 for above post i have the same board installed all on disc and updated those and bios online

Okay does anyone know what the Nuvoton CIR driver is? It didn't let me install it. Also the intel rapid start said it couldn't be installed as well. Anyone know why it might not work?... Thanks for the info. I have the necessary drivers and enjoying my first computer build so far

Just installed the VGA driver, after reboot it said something about wrong GPU configuration and turning off some MVP software. Anyone have this problem?
