Wireless Printer Offline?

I am trying to connect my wireless printer to my computor, but when I go to print it says its offline

Hi,

To solve this problem you must check the toner or ink cartridge. Most of this arises as you have not checked the toner and the ink cartridge. The toner and the ink cartridge are designed to have a certain capacity. If the printer toner and cartridges are empty it will cause to turn your wireless printer offline. Incorrect installation of your printer can also make your printer turn offline.
