Need help choosing MB

I would like recommendation about a motherboard that is compatible and works well with this parts (I can spend up to $160 in the mb):


Processor: Intel Core i5-2500k Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)

Please specify the use of your rig. Do you plan to use multiple GPUs (Xfire/SLI)? Is this an HTPC? How many SATA3 and/or USB3 ports do you require?

I'm going to use the PC for gaming. I only plan to use a single gpu(still I would like to have the option to use mutliple gpus in the future). 4 SATA3, at least 6 USB2.0 and at least 2 USB3.0 ports
