Windows xp install using gigabtyes supplied achi drivers..fail help

Iam trying to install windows xp pro SP3, following the motherboard manual I copied the correct achi drivers to a usb floppy, choose f6 at windows xp boot up, followed the steps. it chose the driver, but when it gets finished load the ..right after it says loading windows down at the bottom, I get BSOD STOP 0000007B error, I tried the same drivers from the website, thinking maybe the disc drivers are bad, but I still get the issue. has anyone run install this issue?
