Z77 MSI or Gigabyte NEW BUILD

Hi there, im currently half way through a new build,

I have an i5 3570k which will be overclocked, a zotac gtx 285, samsung sh-222ab optical drive, 1tb seagate hard drive,

8gb Corsair vengence 1600, im looking at a z77 motherboard and my current options are as follows :

both are of a similar price and im pretty new to pc building, im also looking to spend £80 or less as i have limited money left for the build

which one of these motherboards would be best for a beginner build ? and which is the easiest to use ?

I would go to each board's webpage and check out the features. Of the two, I'd say the MSI would be a little easier to work with.

I have both brands, and I like both. I prefer Gigabyte because they are easier to run on OSX and Gigabyte has faster boot times.

ok cheers, i have read feautures and both are very similar, the gigabyte comes with more usb 3.0's but the MSI supports higher mhz of ram which doesnt matter as i have 8gb of 1600mhz corsair vengence anyway.
