Would this be a good gaming PC?

I have had a terrible computer for a long time and am finally going to upgrade. The computer i'm thinking of buying is on this website: http://gamingrig.blogspot.com/
I am at a $600 budget so scroll down to $600 gaming rig. Could this gaming PC play games kinda new on the market (ARMA 2 or Battlefield 3). Those are the 2 main games I want to be able to play. If i can play them, on what setting do you think?

id say that would fine on low settings for high end games..if £600 is all you have then you can only have this one lol..but i wud say its ok

So this is the best I can get, though, for $600? Only low setting?!? Someone else told me that this could play ARMA 2, a pretty good graphiced game, on high if not max.
