Compatible ps for optiplex 755 modle casing pc

Q1 ) I need to have 400 to 500watt power supply but I dont knw what would b the compatible ps for my system casing which is optiplex 755 core 2 duo dell
and which would b the good brand antec or cooler master for power supplies ?

Q2 )as I need to increase power supply as my graphics card requirement so what would be good ? to have a increase power supply of my system or to have any UPS or stabilizer for my p.c to maintain or to give good support to my graphics card for its power requirement?
