Power supply possibly not good enough? i5 2500k (4.0 OC), MSI N570GTX

NEED SOME ADVICE

IM PLANNING ON UPRGRADING MY CPU FROM I3 2100 TO I5 2500K (4.0 OC OR LESS). WITH ME, I ALREADY GOT MSI N570GTX TWIN FROZR II RUNNING ON ASROCK P67 EXTREME 4..

WITH ME ALSO, I HAVE 600W OCZ STEALTHXSTREAM 2 PSU..

WILL THIS PSU SUPPORT I5 2500K (LIGHT OC) WITH MY GTX570??

THNKS GUYS, IM A NEWBIE HERE..LOT MORE TO LEARN FROM U GUYS :)

Gonna give you advice. Caps lock=big turnoff.
But like I said, the PSU will be fine.
