Somthing not allowing bios update

Hey guys i am having some trouble updateing my bios, apperently somthing isnt allowing me to do it when i run it from the file in the download file for my motherboard, any idea why this is happening or what isnt allowing it?

Some mobo included updater utilities to update bios,The util may need to be updated first before updating bios.

read the mb bios update info in the mb user guild. some mb have a bios flasher built into the mb as long as the flash file has a vaild name it should see a fat 32 format usb stick. some mb like my asus sabertooth have a button and usb port to flash the mb.
