i have a MSI motherboard p67a-g43 and i was wanting to know if anybody knows how to flash this type of motherboard cause i want the latest update of bios on my computer i tried using the update software that come with my motherboard drivers cd ran updates and it doesn't even get the downloads i would very much like some help with this thank you.

Install MSI's "live update" software on your computer while online. Reboot, get online, and start the flash program. It may update all your drivers, depending on which function you select. I've had no problems with it, except it won't let you use an older bios file. If you like your overclock options for your board, I wouldn't flash it. Newer bios files sometimes "gray out" overclocking options and replace them with different options.

There is no need to update bios if everything working correctly. It a potential risk. If you can oc successfully then no need to flash bios. It is always best to leave it be if you experience no problem.
