Gaming pc through home theater setup

Hello,
I was wondering if and what sound card I use. I'm using an asus p6x58d premium mobo, intel i7 950, muskin redline 12gig ddr3, msi gtx 460 hawks sli(for now) corsair h80 cpu cooler, pc power and cooling silencer 950w in the thermaltake chaser mk1 case, ill be running it through an onkyo tx-nr 809, 7.2(polk audio monitor 60 front, 30s sides and rear, and 2 premier acoustic 12" 800w subs, I want the best audio possible, not 2 channel processed to 5.1, 7.1. Please need some input.

Well, its your standard Realtek audio chipset; good, not great. Your options are either:

1: Analog output [up to 7.1]
2: Optical Output [up to 5.1*]

*You can get 5.1 only via Dolby Digital/DTS audio formats.

And you only get those if the game supports them btw.
