Should there be a different ? E5200 Dual core vs Q8300 Quad Core 'gonne upgrade to Qaud core, should there be a huge different in fps ? .

No, games are currently not optimized for quad core architechture.

Plenty. Bad company 2 and frostbite really loves quad core processors. They WILL chew up as many threads as u allow it to be. This is also one of the few games out there that take advantage of multiple cores which in essence is really testing the waters for BF3.
