Are this for media centre purposes?

What's your budget and your native resolution?

I have a Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz, 3.00 GB of RAM, on a MSI 875P motherboard that has 5 32-bit v3.2 Master SCI bus slot.

That board can take Agp X8/x4. What are you currently using. Integrated graphics?
You can add a tv tuner and then still signal it thru to your monitor via your current connection. But that cpu might be holding you back. I know the 4850 1gb version is the best and think last Agp card released

I am currently using a Tirdent Vidio accelerator 3D Image 975.
