Im in the process of building a new computer, should be great once i get it running, however i have a problem... or more really a pet peeve that hope I can solve.
Components
MSI p67a-g43 motherboard
Gskill F3-12800CL9D 2x2GB
Intel i5 2500k
Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus
Now imy problem is..... when mounting the Hyper 212 vertically, so it blows the air towards my 200mm fan at the stop of my case, It blocks the DIMM1 slot(might be able to put basic ram in there but still be a tight fit).
The only way i can mount it without blocking the DIMM1 slot is sideways, which to me isnt ideal.
Now my question is.... Can i use DIMM slot 2 and 4?? Would this cause any problems?? This would allow me to mount the Cooler in the correct direction(heat rises, go with the flow).
