What is the cheapest laptop you can run Shogun total war 2 on?

Not very much into computers, but i know my pc lacks both the minimum video card as well as its recommended amount of ram to run a game i wish to play. I was looking into getting a laptop anyways so i was wondering if it would be worth it to just get a laptop that will be compatible. If it makes it any easier i posted both the minimum and recommended requirements for the game below.

Just wondering what would be the most affordable laptop that would be able to run the game, not necessarily with the highest settings but so it will still run smooth
