You can actually actually install nearly any PCI-E based video card in your system. The limiting factor is your power supply. What wattage (on the label on the side of it) is it?

In your OP, you indicated 250v, I assume you meant this is a 250W power supply. You really need a better (stronger) power supply to install a better video card. I would recommend a minimum of 500W for typical use and flexibility.

So, to upgrade your video card, you most likely need a new power supply as well. Good luck!
