If the memory specs of a motherboard is like this:
2000(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1800(O.C.)/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066

can i use memory that it runs at 1600 at stock?????

OC is in there to denote that you will have to enable the xmp profile in the BIOS.
