Please help ASAP im ordering

If the memory specs of a motherboard is like this:
2000(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1800(O.C.)/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066

can i use memory that it runs at 1600 at stock?????

  2. And why is the (O.C) there?
  3. OC is in there to denote that you will have to enable the xmp profile in the BIOS.
