Motherboard overheating plz help

I recently noticed my pc was getting hot. i checked speccy and saw my motherboard was over 80 degrees. heres my specs. any help would be appreciated. i have 1 case fan, the cpu fan and the power supply and they are all working fine.

if it a case flow issue open the side panel. if the temps drop it an airflow issue. with the cpu and gpu temps check to see if the fans are connected to the right header and the set up of the fan speed in bios. you may need to turn up the fan speed profile or use a program that lets you make one.

If it is ideal temp for your system, then it is high. You need a better cooling system with intake and exhaust fan in pc case. And open side panel as posted above.
