Well it needs to be a socket 1155 board to fit your cpu, and the newest chipset is z77. Look at some asrock boards.

Ok, that's got a very simple answer. The HDMI port on the video card can do that as long as you enable HD Audio to output through the HDMI on the video card. The only downside to micro ATX MB's is that you sacrifice some features, like extra ports, because there just isn't enough space. Stick with full ATX if you can.
