Laptop RAM Upgrade

Can anyone point me in the right direction of what sort of memory I can put in my Lenovo Thinkpad x201 laptop?

I recommend hynix or crucial. If you order from crucial's website, they guarantee their ram to work if you enter your Lenovo model number.
