New build problem

I'm having trouble with my new system build, everything seems to be powered and working, but I get no picture on the screen, My setup:
AMD Athlon II X3 445 Rana 3.1GHz 3 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Desktop Processor ADX445WFGMBOX
HIS H577FK1GD Radeon HD 5770 (Juniper XT) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16
ASRock M3A770DE AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard
Kingston KHX1600C9D3B1K2/4GX 4GB
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F4 HD322GJ/U 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

Is there a compatibility issue, I just cant figure it out, Thks

Do the fans start spinning? If not, then check wiring, check jumpers, and check power supply. Do you get any beeps from the motherboard? One beep means that your good, no beeps means that power supply doesn't work. More than one beep and your hardware is bad.
