Purchased a new Asus Crosshair V Formula mobo. Bought it cause my previous system wouldn't boot at all.

Asus Crosshair V Formula (BIOS v1401)
AMD FX-4100
Corsair Dominator 4gb CMD4GX3M2A1600C8 (2 yrs old)
WD VelociRaptor 300gb 10000 rpm (2 yrs old)
Windows 7 Pro (2 yrs old)
EVGA GeForce GTX260 (2 yrs old)
Corair HX850W (2 yrs old)

BSOD with ACPI.sys message.

Tried with different vidio XFX HD 6450.
Tried with different hard drive WD Caviar SE 200gb. Cant install Win 7 to it for some reason.

Only thing not tried is memory.

Any suggestions?
