I am trying to decide between these three motherboards

My CPU will be 3450 ivy

But considering the CPU choice, I'd go for the 1st in the list above

I thought about getting that one; my friend is actually getting the 3450 from micro for me for $150; i wanted to save and I don't really overclock so i thought I'd go with the cheaper one...thanks for the help!

yeah that is a great deal. I may stick with getting the 3450 and I can get the asus mobo for 135, but i may change my mind and get the asrock deal. thanks again!

If i get the 3450 from micro for 150 and the mobo from newegg at 135 (openbox) its $185 for the better mobo but lesser cpu.

or there was the bundle with the 3570k and asrock from microcenter which you showed me and now I am torn about which one to get

I wouldn't buy open box, as in most cases there are the accessories missing when people returned it without it.

But maybe not in your case.

i think you may have convinced me to go with the better cpu now.

so you are saying its worth going with the asrock and the better cpu over the better mobo and lesser cpu

Hey, it will last u longer with top performance.

And u can have wireless video transfer to your TV : ) Nice feature.

It is a quality mobo, and since u don't have the desire for OC, it is just fine.

The CPU will give u more performance.

The mobos are in most all the same performers if u don't OC.
