Nvidia geforce 8400, pentium D 2.8 Ghz

hi everybody I am a bit confused on the type of motherboard that I should buy, I have a geforce 8400 and a pentium d 2,80
so I guess I should take a motherboard with pci express and socket LGA 775 and I would like as well to have a wifi antenna integrated or a solution for wifi connectivity.. I am looking for a low budged motherboad. I am afraid to buy something that wont work with my characteristics.
