If you want a semi modular one the slightly more efficient model is only 30 bucks more than the the one mentioned by casualninja and comes with a 7 year warranty instead of the 5 years on the other one.

It occurs to me i might want to SLI in the future so i might need to rework my build a bit, thank you for all your help.

Corsair or Seasonic can't go wrong, 550W would be enough to cover what you listed but I'd go 650W to be safe or 750W if future SLI is possible. One thing I didn't realize until recently is you have to be careful with the PSUs with Multiple 12V rails etc as if not paying attention you can load everything up on one rail and not even use the other. Which is why I like the corsairs with a single rail so no matter where you plug your stuff it's all covered evenly.
