Can I mix these two different RAM sticks?

Hi I'm building a computer with a friend and he has a set of RAM already but might be getting some more through a bundle. Will I be able to mix these two different types?
PNY XLR8
Crucial Ballistix

The only difference I see is the 1.65V for the PNY and the 1.5V for the Crucial.
Can I underclock the PNY or overclock the Crucial or should I just stick with one and sell the other?

The ONLY difference is a HUGE difference, you could probably (theory) run them @ DDR3-1333 @ 1.50v. IMO no -- don't do it.
