ASUS-P8H61-M LE With i5 3450

Does the i5 3450 work with the ASUS-P8H61-M LE?
Because I ordered a new PC and the store called me too tell me they dont fit.....They said they burnt 2 motherboards and that it just doesnt fir together so they told me to come in a few hours to change my choice. Are they retarded or they really dont fit?
And also one guy there told me I must add cooler to my CPU with is 3450 when its running at its stock speed. Is that true?

I think it requires a BIOS upgrade since that's an Ivy Bridge CPU but I could be wrong.You need a cooler no matter what speed you run. Of course if you don't plan to overclock then a simple stock cooler will be enough

The stock cooler is already built with the cpu right? Its not something you buy separetly right?

I'm pretty sure it comes with the CPU.You only have to mount it on the motherboard
