I will be running a GTX 580 with a overclocked i5 2500k 4.5Ghz with 3d vision and my fan is a thermaltake frio
For that rig i dont know what psu to get i can choose from a 700W Xigmatek or a 650W Corsair TX Ultra-Quiet
(ps my case is a Antec Nine Hundred Two dont know if my GTX 580 can fit)

Of those two...the Corsair. My choice, however would be an Antec

750W PSU, XFX Black Edition P1-750B-NLG9, Modular, 88% Eff', 80 PLUS Silver, SLI/CrossFire, EPS 12V, Quiet Fan, ATX v2.2
