I am going to be buying a

Intel Core i5-2500 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80623I52500

and am gettin a Free

OCZ Vertex 2 OCZSSD2-2VTX40G 2.5" 40GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Plus ill have everything else i need but what is the best board to get? P67 or Z68, people say Z68 for SSD but P67 for i5 which is best for both?

Well if you want to overclock in the future, get the i5-2500K instead of the i5-2500. The K means it's unlocked for overclocking.

Also, I think you got a hell of a deal with a free SSD for some fried DDR2. I'd gladly fry my current OCZ DDR2 if they'd give me a free Agility 2, even if it is only 40GB. But I don't know if you know, but OCZ completely removed themselves from the RAM market. They don't make any at all now. Their sole focus is on SSD technology. I just discovered this like 2 weeks ago lol. I was kind of bummed, I really liked their RAM.
