New video card startup problem.

I just installed my new MSI N450gts CYCLONE video card now windows won't start. I tried in safe mode with no luck either, any help?? I assume its a driver issue but i can't load windows to install the drivers, I went to MSI's site and downloaded the drivers to a flash drive but don't know how to load from it. Thanks in advance

Can you put your old card back in or use IGP to get the thing started up and then run driver sweeper on whatever display drivers you had before you put the new card in? Or you can try booting of your windows install disk and using the repair installation thingy.
