Won't really help with performance but I much prefer modular PSUs. If you can afford it, consider using a corsair HX model instead.

I'm sure you are aware but remember that you'll need a 64bit OS to access all of the 8GB of RAM.

Again it's an additional cost, but 2TB drives have a better price / TB ratio.

I think you'd do well to not buy a B3 version of the motherboard now, but make sure you get this version as it resolves the Sandybridge SATA2 connector issue.

Get a Spinpoint F3 instead of the WD Green. Green drives run at 5400rpm and are slow for boot drives.

Powersupply is a bit overkill, a good 550W, such as the XFX Core would run a single 570 fine. If you want to SLI you'd probably want a better quality PSU.

Make sure the RAM is 1.5V, Sandy Bridge can have problems with anything running at a higher voltage.

RIP and decon give good advice on the HDD. You probably want a 7200 rpm model, and the larger (1 TB +) models give more value. The HAF 922 doesn't have good cable management, so a modular PSU will improve cooling. The PNY TTX 570 is a reference model, and has inferior cooling. The MSI ans ASUS & Gigabyte GTX 570 models with multiple fans will run cooler.
