Quick PCIe question

And it says that it has these slots; PCIe x16(1), PCIe x 1(1), PCI(2)

Even though they are PCIe 2.0 or 2.1, can I use any of these cards in the PCIe x16 slot?

I have the Athlon II X4 processor so bottlenecking won't really be a problem

So if all these cards require two slots, will they not be compatible with my motherboard?

Oh those. I have an integrated HD 4200 on there right now, so all the 4 "slots" are open. There's no dedicated graphics card installed in the computer at all.

The motherboard looks kind of like this;

The 4 slots for the DVI/HDMI ports are all open

So if I upgrade the PSU to something around 600w, I'll be able to install this card, no problem right?

..lol nice analogy. but yeah, i get you. i was skeptical of that PSU as well which is why I asked. So would I be able to buy both a 6850 and the xigmatek under $200?

yup, looks good! also, what company do you recommend for the graphics card? HIS? Sapphire? ASUS? Which one?

Will I be able to use a PCIe x16 2.1 graphics card on this motherboard?
