I'm building my fist gaming PC and I already selected most of the parts, I'm just having problems choosing relatively cheap MB (my budget for the mb goes up to $160 US) that is compatible and works well with the rest of the parts.
Here are the parts that I already selected:

Case: NZXT Phantom

Processor: Intel Core i5-2500k Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)

Graphics Card: PowerColor PCS+ AX6970 2GBD5-PP2DHG Radeon HD 6970

Hard Drive: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB

Power Supply: SILVERSTONE ST75F-P 750W

Cooler: COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1

DVD Burner: SAMSUNG SH-222AB - OEM

It must have onboard audio, around 8 USB2.0 ports, 2 USB3.0 ports, onboard lan, at least 2 SATA3.0Gb/s ports, support up to 32Gb of ddr3 memory and.. thats pretty much it.

Thanks :)
