Thanks alot for the help I will look into what you listed. I was going to go with the nzxt phantom at first because it looked amazing. another thing I asked early in my first post is do i need to buy thermal grease and if so what kind for the CPU? Does the CPU cooler come with thermal grease already? The $1500 looks good also I will look more into that later today. Thanks a lot and any more input on this build would be great.

Awesome thank you. I see the phantom doesn't come with the some extra fans like the 200/230 side fan and another top one. Do you need to use Nzxt fans or can you go with other brands. If so could you point me in the right direction to look at those.

Yup. because their unique circular cutout. You should be able to get bundled offers when you buy the case. A 200mm side panel fan is recommended.
