Getting an odd voltage reading consistently

Hey guys,
I'm getting an odd voltage reading using my NZXT 1000W PSU.
Using Speedfan, the "Vcore" voltages are flying about everywhere. Is this my CPU power?
I've been having random lockups (desktop freezes, no BSOD or nothing) for the past few days and I am wondering if that could be why.

Here's an image of the "Vcore" readings compared with the "+12V" readings. Despite what it says, these charts encompass around 5 minutes of time.

Sure doesn't under overclock, Try use hw monitor,
- random freeze usually is ram, ran memtest86+
- uninstall driver sound/vga , reinstall

Heh sorry, I'm not sure what that means "doesn't under overclock". I will run that memtest and check out the HW monitor.

So are these readings normal then? Also anyone know of a program that logs info during lock ups? (Process Monitor doesn't do the job)
