New build wont boot

Hello,
my computer specs:

Gigabyte g1.assassin
Corsair vengance 12gb ddr3
i7 970 (6 core)
saphire ati 6970
corsair hx 1000 watts

problem:

computer worked perfectly for 5 daya but today when i came to europe on business i tried to turn it on and i don't get anything on monitor. fans just keep on spinning normally.

What i tried:

i put in a different video card from a friend
i checked all the wiring
i removed all ram and tried with just one ram
i even tried usuing a.proffesional.converter

someone please help and tell me what.might be the cause?

p.s. I appologize for bad writing but im typing this.from my android as i have no working.computer at the moment
