Replacement motherboard advice

I bought a AMD Phenom II X6 Six Core 1055T 2.80GHz (Socket AM3) with
Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3 AMD 870 (Socket AM3) DDR3 Motherboard and Kingston 2GB DDR3 1066MHz i5 Memory Module CL7 1.5V at the end of 2010 and the motherboard has died this weekend. I am looking for a replacement mobo that will support the processor and ram for aprox £80.

any Ideas?

What is the warranty period on the motherboard? I know you bought it in 2010, but it may still be under warranty. Look into this first.
