Hey after alot of research, i have came to a conclusion list of parts. Just want a third opinion before i place the order

Purpose of PC: h264 enocding ( i will overclock it and use additional graphic cards if useful)

Budget: Its still flexible if i see a suggestion which would Help

Here is the List:

Um...what's the CPU? lol
(The correct answer is 2500K, by the way. If that's not what you were planning, change your plans.)
For one 6970, you only need a decent 600W. 1000 would be warranted for two, but two 6970s would be way overkill for anything but a big multi-monitor setup.
That PSU seems a little too cheap to me. It's close to the cheapest thing on Newegg. The PSU, especially when it's a crazy one like this, is not the place to save money.
Get 16gb RAM for video stuff.
