Would this card run Rift?

My brother wants to know if a computer with the following specs could run rift on high settings:2.2 ghz processor(I don't know what though),windows 7 home,4gb ram,500gb hard drive And AMD M880G with ATI Mobillity Raedeon HD 4250 graphics card.

I all honesty, No It wont be playable, a dedicated GPU is needed!

If that 2.2ghz cpu is a dual core, then a 5670 will be a good match and rift will be playable!

Not at all, lag will be imminent the 4250 is a IGP and that 2.2GHZ will limit you big time.
