Which psu for intel core i3 2100

Hello,
I've a Intel Core i3 2100 in with a psu 500W, but when turn on the computer (desktop) go inmediately to bios setting, even. Don´t let me start to work. This generic computer is new and have nothing installed yet.

Um, 500w should be more than enough for that processor. Could you list out the rest of your specs? The amount of power needed is dependent on ALL the parts, not just the processor.

The problem was psu, but due failure o factory - resolved with guarantee.
Anyway, the specs are basic: 1Hard Drive, 1DVD drive, 1Card Reader.
