RAM error with stick #2 and stick #1 and 2.

Getting memory error when using 1 of the 2 sticks I bought.

When I use the other stick, it works fine.

But when I try to use both, I get the error again.

I'm not THAT tech savvy, but I thought if a RAM stick was dead, it would just not register. NOT give an error.

So I don't know if it's the one bad stick, or if I also have a motherboard issue (BIOS is updated and on defaults).

Likely bad stick u had tested and one sick is good u may need to RMA both stick if it still under waranty,

U can try testing using the one good stick at each slot, one at the time to rule out bad slot.
