Need help with RAM replacement

My Samsung np-s3510-a03uk was recently diagnosed with a faulty RAM chip, so I am now running on 2GB instead of 4GB, which is fine for the most part except when I run certain programs.

My problem is, I have no expertise in this area, but I have two similar RAM chips and I am wondering if I can use them as a replacement for the faulty chip.

The faulty chip is a Samsung 2gb 1rx8 pc3-10600s-9-10-zzz. There is another code which I think is the serial number: m471b5773chs-ch9.


Can I replace with either of the following:

Samsung 2gb - 1rx8 pc3-10600s-09-11-b2 (S/N: m471b5773dh0-ch9)
or
Samsung 2gb - 2rx8 pc3 - 8500s-07-10-f2 (S/N: m471b5673fh0-cf8)

I guess my question is, are all pc3-10600s chips the same?

The faulty chip and one of the replacements have almost the same name apart from the last couple of numbers.

1rx8 pc3-10600s-9-10-zzz

1rx8 pc3-10600s-09-11-b2

Can I just install one to replace the other?

no, their frequency is the same, but their timings (like 9-9-9-24) are different, and their voltages also, it should be printed on the ram

no, if it has the same timings and voltage its alright, but you want atleast the same voltage
