I've picked the Sabertooth 990FX for my build.
I'm having an issue with which memory I should get...
I'd like to get DDR3 2000 Mhz memory, but I find the choices limited. In my ASUS user guide, under the qualified vendor list I can get G Skill F3-16000CL7Q-8GBFLS(XMP). This memory module seems like a good choice for gaming. Unfortunately I can't seem to find any place that sells it. If I went with 1600 Mhz, my choices become a lot better... What I'm wondering is if I went with the 1600 Mhz, would there be a big differance in performance from the 2000 Mhz? And, does anyone know where I might purchase the G Skill memory? I tried Newegg.com and Amazon.com with no luck. Thanks a bunch!
On another note, I'll be doing a steam-punk mod and will post a blog for those interested in following once I get all my hardware together.
