What is the best motherboard for an intel i5-2500k?

I'm building a PC with an intel i5-2500k CPU. I'm not very good at picking motherboards. Which is the best motherboard which supports Crossfire, USB 3.0, HD Audio, all for 130-150 dollars?

I dont thing there really is a best in that price range. all the ones for 130-150 are pretty much the same, diffrence is diff color diff brand, I would go with the msi p67a-gd55 good review i have it and its oc's well
