My laptop used to beep two times when it was going into hibernation
when I closed the lid. This way I always knew that it was switching
off.

For some reason it doesn't beep anymore, and I have no feedback on the
hibernation.

Anyone knows how to switch back on the dual beep?

Control Panel/Sounds and Audio/Sounds Tab find the appropriate sound in
the list.

Already checked that.
There is no 'program event' in the list for hibernation and there is no
..wav for the 2 beeps it use to do.
