Computer Shutting down ?!

hey guys i just got my new rig up, i am running

2500k
p8p67 pro
geforce 8800gt
8 gig ripjaw
750 w antec high voltage.
windows 7

after hour aand half to two horus my computer shuts down.
i check temps on cpu,gpu,hdd
cp at highest is 35c
gpu is running at 58c 30 percent fan speed
hd is 30c range


i am thinking it might be my power supply? is there anyway i can check if the psu ?


also not sure if this has anything to do with it, but on start up my computer starts for 3 seconds then shuts down than restarts and loads properly.

both cables as in power cables for cpu and motherboard?they are connected.

no windows errors.

i just re-checked all seems to be ok. i am thinking its at 50c because it is in bios,but in windows when i check its at 35 which is probably when fans kick in. my gpu is pretty high at 63 right now,but i think that is normal for video card...

not really sure both times its turned off that i have left it on was when i was napping when i woke up the computer was shut off and it was shut off improperly because when i loaded it back up windows let me know.

nothing comes up when i check the logs.... under manage category right? downloading direct x9 so i can use ocbase program ill post results asap
