120hz monitor running 60hz?

I'm buyin a laptop, it comes with a 120hz display and Nvidia 3D Vision. My question is: is it possible to make it run on 60hz to save power? Thanks in advance!

thanks for waiting, Luciano. With regards to your 1st question, yes you can make 60hz settings from 120hz. you can go through the display properties to do so.
