Need to improve hardware for Asrock k7vm3

Hi, I have an Asrock k7vm3 with a crappy 256 RAM and Nvidia GeForce 6200 256 video card.
I want to upgrade almost everything, RAM, HDD and video.
I found a RAM memory that seems could work fine but I dont know if is good to post links.
I check some video cards, Radeon 3650 or HD4650.
Also i know that not all ATA hard drive would work properly with my motherboard, but I would like to improve my 80gb to more.
Any advice would be appreciated.

For memory, get two pieces of the following:

For a video card, any AGP 4x/8x card will do. I recommend the following:

Be aware that this card requires a connection to the Power Supply, so you need to have one molex plug available. (usually not a problem)

Those hard drives (ultra ATA-133) aer getting hard to find. Here's a 200GB one from Amazon.com:

Unfortunately I was unable to get any product from newegg.com, due that I live in Costa Rica and they don`t accept any credit card from outside of US .

Fortunately I was able to find the video card in another sites but the RAM memory of that kind is very difficult to finsd this days, and that specific model is only available in newegg.com .

I was looking some other but I would like someone`s advice about this others :
