Gigabyte comparable to ASRock Extreme7 Gen3

I am looking for a Gigabyte motherboard that is comparable to the ASRock Extreme7 Gen3. Anyone give suggestions?

Thanks for the quick response but that motherboard as well as the Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD5 are discontinued on most retailer websites.
